Anita is a Clinical Psychologist with 18 years experience in both the public and private health systems. She uses a number of evidence based psychological interventions which include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance &  Commitment Therapy for a range of mental health issues including:

  • trauma, pain management,
  • grief & loss,
  • work related stress,
  • sleep difficulties,
  • personality & relationship issues.
  • Bipolar mood disorders
  • Psychotic disorders.

Meriruja is an experienced podiatrist who is the co-founder of Proactive Foot Clinic.

Meiruja holds a strong interest in interacting with her patients from Paediatrics to Elderly, focusing on health education to fulfill her passion of providing the best possible treatment outcomes for her patients.

She combines her clinical experience and ongoing development to ensure each patient is managed with the utmost care to deliver effective treatment targeted for each individual patient around their needs and wants.

In her own time, she loves to volunteer and has been involved with associations including Oxfam Trailwalker Australia, Vision Australia, St Vincent de Paul Society, Starlight foundation and Darebin City Council .

Meiruja values spending quality time with her family after work, her weekends exploring trails and practicing yoga


Samantha Stuk

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian

Samantha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian. She has 9 years of clinical experience across the public and private health sectors, and has a special interest in weight management, diabetes, heart disease and digestive health – including IBS and coeliac disease.

She also skilled in PCOS, vegetarian/vegan diets and sports nutrition. Samantha has undergone further training in food allergy/intolerance, insulin pumps, behaviour change coaching and eating psychology. In addition to private consulting, Samantha hosts cooking and nutrition workshops, and supermarket tours. She also creates nutrition content for health organisations and the media.
