Anita is a Clinical Psychologist with 18 years experience in both the public and private health systems. She uses a number of evidence based psychological interventions which include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance &  Commitment Therapy for a range of mental health issues including:

  • anxiety and phobias,
  • trauma, pain management,
  • grief & loss,
  • work related stress,
  • sleep difficulties,
  • personality & relationship issues.

  • Psychotic disorders.

Meriruja is an experienced podiatrist who is the co-founder of Proactive Foot Clinic.

Meiruja holds a strong interest in interacting with her patients from Paediatrics to Elderly, focusing on health education to fulfill her passion of providing the best possible treatment outcomes for her patients.

She combines her clinical experience and ongoing development to ensure each patient is managed with the utmost care to deliver effective treatment targeted for each individual patient around their needs and wants.

In her own time, she loves to volunteer and has been involved with associations including Oxfam Trailwalker Australia, Vision Australia, St Vincent de Paul Society, Starlight foundation and Darebin City Council .

Meiruja values spending quality time with her family after work, her weekends exploring trails and practicing yoga


Jessica Fuller

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Jessica is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is enthusiastic about food and helping clients set and fulfill their nutrition goals in individual and group settings. She has worked in private practice, hospitals and community settings and has a special interest in the following areas:

  • Weight management
  • Heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure
  • Diabetes (T1, T2 and gestational), and impaired glucose tolerance
  • Gastrointestinal and digestive health including IBS and the low FODMAP diet
  • Disordered eating
  • Women’s health including PCOS, fertility and pregnancy nutrition
